Thai Botanic

Supply across Asia-Pacific

For humid tropical and subtropical destinations, almost everything we grow will thrive — these are the conditions the trees come from. Sailings are shorter, the species range is wider, and the constraint is availability rather than climate.

The full catalogue is open to you

Unlike Gulf projects, where the species list narrows to those that tolerate arid heat and saline soil, regional destinations can take the whole range: canopy and shade trees, flowering and ornamental species, coastal and waterside specialists.

That includes species we would steer a Gulf client away from — Barringtonia acutangula for wet and seasonally flooded ground, Alstonia scholaris for evergreen avenue planting, Lagerstroemia speciosa and Bombax ceiba where there is water and space. Browse the species catalogue.

Shipping and timing

The shorter sailing is a real advantage here. Less time in transit means less stress on the root ball and a better start once planted — and it makes fresh stock, ready to load in seven days, a practical option when a programme moves.

Certification, root-balling method and documentation are set out on the export and compliance page.

Import requirements

Requirements vary considerably across the region, and several markets restrict growing media or require a pre-import permit. We confirm the current position for your destination when you enquire, rather than publish a table that dates.
